Do I have to use the body shop my insurance picked?
No. Under Texas Insurance Code §1952.301, an insurer cannot limit your coverage by restricting which repair facility you choose. They can recommend a shop in their network; the decision is still yours, and they still have to pay the claim.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. Bring us the claim number and we handle the estimate, the photos, the adjuster and any supplements, and we bill your carrier direct.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Written estimates are free, no appointment needed, and there is no obligation to leave the vehicle with us.
My car isn't drivable. What do I do?
